ABOUT ME

My name is Stephani Poirer and I’m a speech-language pathologist and the owner of Sentence Starters. I have a passion for helping people of all ages find their voice! I believe in a play-based therapy approach with children, and a collaborative approach with adults to ensure we are reaching the goals that you are striving for. I am registered with the Alberta College of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists (ACSLPA), as well as Speech and Audiology Canada (SAC). I am also approved to work on Family Support for Children with Disabilities (FSCD) contracts.

I went to the University of Calgary for undergrad, then the University of Montana for graduate school. I am a native Calgarian and outside of work I love to play soccer, read, travel, and cheer on the Flames!
